Our Guarantee: We want you to be completely satisfied with all of the fine furniture we create. For as long as you own your furniture, it is guaranteed against any defects caused by the design or construction.

Should the furniture fail at any time during the furniture lifetime of the original owner, or subsequent recorded owner, because of workmanship or material, we will either repair or replace it. The exceptions would be for some customer requested modifications, noted at time of sale. Damage caused by wear and tear, natural events or other events beyond our control are not covered. If you have a piece of our furniture that has been inadvertently damaged, please contact us, since the artisan who created the piece may be able to repair the item for a reasonable fee.

Is your satisfaction guaranteed?

Yes. If you are not satisfied with your purchase you have 72 hours, from delivery, to notify us and 10 days to return the table, for a full refund. We are not responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Warranty

Dorsey Originals warrants its wood products to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service during the lifetime of the original owner, from the date of shipment to the owner. Furniture, in which such defects occur, will be repaired or replaced at Dorsey Originals' option, or if replacement or repairs are not possible, alternate financial remuneration may be paid or the product may be substituted at Dorsey Originals' option. This remedy is exclusive and Dorsey Originals does not authorize any person to create for it any other obligation or liability in connection with this furniture.

For clarification purposes only, the term "wood products" refers specifically to Dorsey Originals Custom or Limited Edition Legacy products and has no implication, directly or indirectly, to any other Dorsey Originals’ products. Dorsey Originals’ Custom or Limited Edition Legacy products are those products listed and displayed exclusively in Dorsey Originals printed materials or as displayed in person or on the Dorsey Originals Internet web page or products catalog. This warranty does not cover (a) differences between samples or differences from printed illustrations, video or Internet displays, and/or wood items, since wood is a non-manufactured natural substance and no two pieces will match perfectly in color or pattern.

This warranty applies under conditions of normal residential and commercial usage only and does not apply to defects or damage resulting from (a) negligence, abuse or misuse; (b) inadequate or improper maintenance, cleaning or care; (c) exposure to chemicals and/or liquids; (d) accidents; or (e) any use for which the product was not designed. Transportation or delivery damage is excluded. Proof of purchase (such as a copy of bill of sale or canceled check) must be submitted to obtain the benefits of this warranty. If you have a piece of our furniture that has been inadvertently damaged, please contact us, since the artisan who created the piece may be able to repair the item for a reasonable fee.

Wood furniture is made of naturally variable raw materials. Differences in grain character and color among wood species are naturally occurring variations and are not within the control of the manufacturer or considered defects under this warranty. Natural color changes, exposure to extreme temperature changes and direct sunlight may cause color changes and/or surface damage and are not covered by this warranty.

Dorsey Originals sometimes uses Crotch wood which is taken from areas of the tree that grow in different directions. This causes tension and pulls the fibers of the wood. Over time, this natural characteristic of the veneer can result in hairline cracks but is considered an enhancement to the product. This condition is excluded from this warranty.

This warranty protects you only when you purchase Dorsey Originals furniture from a Dorsey Originals Authorized Dealer. In the event that the original purchaser of the table gifts, or provides the table as an reward for achievement or sponsorship, then the recipient can expect the warranty to be in force as long as that transaction is recorded, at the time of the transaction, with an authorized Dorsey Originals representative. The warranty is void in case of resale or re-gift without notification and permission to extend the warranty, from an authorized Dorsey Originals representative.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may have other rights, which vary from state to state. This warranty and any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose applicable to this furniture is limited in duration to one (1) year from the initial purchase. Dorsey Originals shall not be liable for any consequential damages or for commercial loss.
